| Benefits offered to Staff Right Employees |
 What benefits are available is major concern for many job seekers, whether changing jobs or just starting a new one. We are pleased to inform you that we do offer benefits to all employees of Staff Right Personnel and Professional Services.
In order to attract and retain the most highly qualified candidates, we felt this was one of the most important tools we can provide. Each benefit offers an opportunity to simplify your life and provide you with some security. To find out which you may be eligible for, please read each description:
Direct Deposit:
You work hard for your money, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to gain access to it. This option allows us to electronically transfer your payroll funds directly to your bank account.
To be eligible, you must have worked at your most recent job for a minimum of 360 hours and have either a savings or checking account. There is a small processing fee for this benefit.
Medical Insurance / Life Insurance:
In an effort to help ensure you and your family are protected from emergency illness, or worse yet, death, you have the opportunity to obtain coverage for these situations. Short-term policies for up to 6 months (length of coverage time can vary) are available through a provider that works directly with Staff Right, and can be personalized to fit your needs. Due to the nature of this benefit, you are responsible for the cost of these insurances.
Vacation / Holiday Pay
We cannot always give you a vacation when you need it since you will work on your assignment company’s calendar schedule. We also know how tough it is around the holidays when you are not paid for the time off. However, we have come up with something just for you! Once you have worked 1500 hours consecutively or within a calendar year, we will write you a check for 24 hours of pay (less applicable taxes).
Referral Bonus
If you refer someone to us who we put on an assignment and they work 120 hours without quitting, missing a day, or being terminated, we will give you a bonus of $25. This bonus is for each referral you give that works the total hours required.
Employee of the Month
One Employee of the Month is selected from each Division at the end of each month. Nominees are selected based upon surveys received from client companies, with topics including reliability, productivity, job knowledge, and attitude. Each winner receives a $15 gift certificate to various local vendors, and their pictures are posted both on the website and in each Staff Right office.
