Derrick J. Hart
Derrick joined Staff
Right in July 2007 in the role of General Manager with over 14 years of
sales experience and over 5 years of management and recruiting experience.
Prior to joining Staff Right, Derrick was a Sales Operations Manager for
Newark Electronics in Independence, Ohio. He was responsible for recruiting,
hiring, training and motivating a sales team of 25 people while driving
sales and profits for the company’s shareholders. Derrick’s involvement in
Newark Electronics corporate recruiting and hiring practices gave him the
opportunity to recruit and hire for inside sales, customer service, team
leader and management positions.
Derrick graduate from Kent
State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a
major in finance.
Derrick enjoys spending
time outdoors with his wife and two sons.
