  From the beginning, as Staff Right grew and developed broader contacts in the business community, we recognized that different industries have vastly different needs. Therefore, we established two Divisions: Personnel and Professional.
The Professional Division makes placements for front office operations. Our primary focus is on secretarial, clerical, and accounting jobs, but we also work with our client companies to find qualified candidates for other types of positions, including management, customer service, sales, and executive searches. The Professional Division operates from the Boardman. We have an Executive Recruiter based in the Boardman office whose sole focus is on permanent and contact placement for accounting and financial positions ranging from staff accountants to Chief Financial Officers. She has the ability to contact and negoiate with qualified candidates across Ohio.
The Personnel Division makes placements for manufacturing and industrial operations. Our placements include every kind of work from general warehouse labor to specialized machine operators. Although originally based out of the Columbiana office, the Personnel Division now operates full time from all three locations.
Both Divisions make temporary, temp-to-hire, and permanent placements, and are equal opportunity employers.
