.   Employee of the Month Search our Site: One Employee of the Month is selected from each Division at the end of each month. Nominees are selected based upon surveys received from client companies, with topics including reliability, productivity, job knowledge, and attitude.  Each winner receives a gift certificate to various local vendors, and their pictures are posted both on the website and in each Staff Right office.   Please meet the Employees of the Month for... DECEMBER Professional Division Employee of the Month Personnel Division Employee of the Month DEBBIE SAM Debbie has been with Staff Right Professional Services for over two months, and has been working in an administrative support role for Accounting and Human Resources.  Her supervisor notes that Debbie brings a positive attitude and cooperative approach to her job every single day, as well as a willingness to take on any task or request.  Because of her outstanding and consistent performance, we are pleased to recognize Debbie as our “Employee of the Month” for December.
