How does using Staff Right Services work? Simple:

Employment Process:
- Get registered. Send us your resume and we will contact you to set up an appointment for an interview with one of our Staffing Managers (you will need to bring two forms of identification with you to the interview).
If you do not have a resume, simply stop by one of our three locations and fill
out an application. Once we have your information on file, we will be able to review your qualifications for any position that becomes available in your field.
- When
we find a good job match, we will send your qualifications to the client
company. Most companies will want to meet the candidates in person. If you are selected, we will contact you to
review the specifics of the position including salary, and set up an interview with that company. Be sure to check out our Interview Tips page!
- Once you accept the position you become an employee of Staff Right, working under contract with the client company. Temporary assignments will end with the term of the contract, which you will be made aware of at the start. At the end of a Temp-to-Hire contract, providing both you and the client company are satisfied, you will become a direct employee of that company.

Payroll Procedure: |
- You will use a Staff Right timecard to report your hours worked. Your supervisor at the client company
must
sign the card or we cannot accept it.
- The week ending date" is always Saturday. Overtime is paid for working more than 40 hours in one week (contact us at 330-726-6754 with any questions).

Paychecks
will be available on Fridays and can be either mailed or picked up from any one
of our three offices. We also offer direct deposit services to your financial
institution. Please let us know your preference in advance of your first pay
check.
