Personnel Services, LLC was
established in 1997 with the sole purpose of
providing affordable temporary and temporary-to-hire solutions for businesses in the Mahoning Valley. We recognized that companies were struggling to find qualified and dependable employees for labor, manufacturing and warehouse related positions. We knew with our assistance, these companies would be able to continue focusing on results and profitability.
After four years of continued growth and success, we decided to diversify in order to capitalize on the opportunity to service all of our clients’ employment requirements, not just those pertaining to general labor. In May of 2001, we established our Professional Division, which provides temporary, temporary-to-hire and executive recruitment services in accounting, clerical, management, and sales related positions.
Once again another successful four year run of yearly increases in sales and revenues has allowed Staff Right to continue with our expansion. We have recently moved our Boardman office to increase our overall size and ability to network all of our operations. In addition to expanding our operations in the Boardman area, we have reached out to a new market. Staff Right opened its doors in Green, OH in October 2005 to serve the Akron-Canton-Cleveland area.
With over fifty years of combined staffing and recruitment experience, we realize that our clients are entrusting us with their most important asset in mind - their future employees. As a result, we embrace this responsibility and realize there are no simple formulas for success.
