 JANET GASTON
Janet joined Staff Right in January of 2004 as a Staffing Manager for our Personnel Division in our Columbiana office with over 20 years of business and management experience.
Janet’s responsibilities include helping applicants complete the application process, interviewing candidates, and matching candidates with prospective positions. She also works closely with both clients and candidates to ensure mutual satisfaction.
Prior to her arrival at Staff Right, Janet resided in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She spent nearly 20 years as a licensed mortgage broker, working extensively with people in all types of situations. Her “people skills” were sharply honed, enabling her to easily define needs and determine the best situation for applicants. Her enjoyment of her job is clear in her great attitude and success in the position.
When not working, she and her friends enjoy the arts, attending local plays and movies, and they do not miss too many fine eateries. She also spends time at her church, helping with the many programs they offer. She lives with her darling little Yorkie, Maggie, and enjoys time spent with her family.
