JEANNE MALONE
Jeanne started with Staff Right in March of 2003 on a part-time basis.  She was quickly made a full time Staffing Manager to take advantage of her prior staffing experience and her familiarity with our local client base.  In January of 2005, Jeanne was given the responsibility of handling staffing for our Personnel Division in our Boardman office.

Jeanne’s responsibilities include assisting job seekers through the application process and interviewing candidates for placement at client companies. She also helps with ensuring client/candidate satisfaction.

Prior to her employment with Staff Right, Jeanne had the opportunity of working at a local company as a temporary, but after a short period of time she was hired on permanently.  Shortly thereafter, a position became available at the temporary agency which had placed her at the factory.  Because of her demonstrated ability and willingness to work hard, she was offered that agency position.  Jeanne worked there for two years, learning the employment service industry and improving her office skills.  Her practical experience and knowledge of the employee and employer sides of the business gives her valuable insight into the needs of both.

Jeanne enjoys digital photography, and her favorite subjects are her four children and three grandchildren.
