Shift Manager Monitors all operations for a specific shift, maintains production levels, ensures safety and quality control measures are followed, and handles employee issues, may be involved in production schedule, normally reports to Operations Manager. Quality Control Responsible for safety and quality of work issues, may establish control policies, often personally conducts inspections of products/procedures or monitors people responsible for those items, usually maintains extensive paperwork for reporting standards and incidents on an ongoing basis, may need to perform follow-up with clients in response to problem reports.
