Title: Steel Mill Labor/Pipe Inspector                                                          Pay Range: $11/hr to start                                                                             Duties: Currently accepting applicants with mechanical skills to be the group’s future supervisors and team leads. If you have experience with machine tools, strong math abilities, and prior experience in a leadership role, you may be selected to complete a series of paid training classes. Must be able to work a rotating mill schedule, and lift 80+ pounds repetitively. Successful Candidates will have the opportunity to earn up to $16/hr within the first year in these temp-to-hire positions.  Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test & criminal background check as well as have a valid driver’s license.                                                                                    Boardman:  330.726.6754

Title: Class A CDL w/ Tanker experience                                                       Pay Range: $13+/hr based on experience                                        Duties:  Temp to hire positions, looking to fill immediately.  Must have minimum of 3 years driving tankers, would be hauling water/brine water.   Must also be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen and be open to overtime as needed.                                                                                                  Boardman Office: 330.726.6754
Title: Diesel Mechanic                                                                                     Pay Range: Salary based on exp                                                            Duties:  Temp to hire position for trucking company in the Cleveland area.  Immediate opening, must have 5+ years experience, ASE certification is a must, supervisory and fleet experience a plus.  Must have tools needed for the position.  Must also be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen and be open to overtime as needed.                                                                                                              Warren Office: 330.372.0280
Title: Welders                                                                                                    Pay Range: $12+/hr, based on exp                                                                  Duties:  Positions in Youngstown manufacturing companies.  MIG, TIG welding, Flux Core, some finished welds will be x-ray checked.  Will be interviewed and pass weld test for consideration.  Must also be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen and be open to overtime as needed.                                                                               Boardman Office: 330.726.6754
Title:  Brake Press Operator

Pay Range:  $12-$14/hr based on experience

Duties:  Temp to hire position in Youngstown area, day shift Mon - Fri 7a-3:30p.  Setup and operate a 1,000 ton Hydraulic Press and a 400 ton Mechanical Press.  Utilize presses to bend, form, stretch and straighten metal plates, metal extrusions, formed sheet metal, structural shapes, forgings and weldments by performing the following:  plan sequence of operations; measure and sight along work piece to mark reference lines; select and position flat; V-block; radius or special purpose die sets into ram and bed of machine; align and bolt dies to ram and bed of machine; turn hand wheel or levers to set depth and pressure of ram stroke; lift and position work piece between dies of machine; start machine to lower ram between dies; reposition work piece and change dies when making multiple or successive passes; grind out burrs and sharp edges; inspect and mark job number on finished work piece; bend or straighten cold metal; set dies to bind and blank heavy metal; operate press equipped with two or more rams.                                                                                                                  Warren Office:  330.372.0280
Title: Fabricator                                                                                                 Pay Range: $12/hr                                                                                           Duties:  Temp to hire position for manufacturing company.  MIG & flux-core welding, blueprints, stellar measurement. Typical shift is Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm with overtime.
