Derrick J. Hart
Derrick joined Staff Right in July 2007 in the role of General Manager with over 14 years of sales experience and over 5 years of management and recruiting experience. Prior to joining Staff Right, Derrick was a Sales Operations Manager for Newark Electronics in Independence, Ohio. He was responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and motivating a sales team of 25 people while driving sales and profits for the company’s shareholders. Derrick’s involvement in Newark Electronics corporate recruiting and hiring practices gave him the opportunity to recruit and hire for inside sales, customer service, team leader and management positions.
Derrick graduate from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in finance.
Derrick enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and two sons.
Kathleen Sullivan joined Staff Right Services in January 2006 as Staffing Manager for the Professional Services Division in Boardman, Ohio. Kathleen’s role has expanded to include Account Executive and Management Recruiter.
Kathleen brings over 20 years experience in Staffing and Human Resources, and has worked in a broad range of capacities including recruiter, manager, coach, and consultant. She previously worked as a Senior Recruiter and Supervisor for Dell Computer Corporation in Austin, Texas. While at Dell, Kathleen led staffing teams and recruited for Hardware and Software Engineers, Managers and Marketing Professionals. She also contributed to the successful staffing efforts of state-of-the-art manufacturing and distribution facilities that produced Dell Desktop computers. Kathleen also gained experience in employee relations, compensation, management training, and employee retention.
Prior to Dell, Kathleen worked as a Recruiting Consultant for a diverse customer base in Columbus, Ohio, Washington, D.C. and Little Rock, Arkansas, providing staffing, interviewing and human resources services for clients in retail, financial, technology, and government disciplines.
Kathleen attended Youngstown State University, earning a double-major degree in Psychology and Biology. She pursued additional studies in Communication Arts at the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio.
Her interests include sports, with a driving passion for The Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns. Supporting and enjoying Mill Creek Park is another of her special interests.
Denise has been involved in various aspects of Staff Right since the business started in 1997. However, she began working in her latest role as Worker Compensation Administrator in October 2005.
Her responsibilities include filing and processing Workers’ Compensation claims, assembling necessary information from companies, individuals, and medical facilities, investigating discrepancies in that information, attending hearings, and working with injured employees. Her role is vital to protecting the interests of workers who get hurt on the job and to ensure they receive all the benefits to which they are entitled.
Denise has an Associates Degree in Education from Youngstown State University. She has worked as an early education teacher for 18 years. She enjoys walking, gardening, and photography.
Patty came to Staff Right in January of 2002 as our Controller with over 20 years of experience in accounting and payroll.
In addition to her accounting and financial work for Staff Right, she handles payroll preparation and benefits questions for our temporary workers. Patty is also responsible for all workers compensation issues.
Prior to coming on board with Staff Right, Patty helped run three family businesses with multiple locations in this area. Her extensive accounting experience in a manufacturing setting is a tremendous asset as well.
In her spare time, Patty can normally be found gardening, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.
Addie joined Staff Right Services in August 2014 as the newest Staffing Manager for the Industrial and Manufacturing Division. She works at the Boardman Office where she brings four years of previous Staffing Industry experience and her trademark positive attitude and enthusiasm to the team.
Addie is a Mahoning County native who recently earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English Studies with a Minor in Creative Writing from Youngstown State University.
In her spare time, Addie volunteers as an adult mentor with the Masonic youth group called Job’s Daughters – an organization that helps young ladies grow into young women and leaders in their community.
In addition to volunteering, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and reading.
